Amy, is originally from Jesup Georgia and has two boys. Her athletic background includes competitive gymnastics and continues to be an active participant in Crossfit. Amy started her career as a licensed massage therapist in 2002 and practiced for 10 years while attending college. Amy graduated from the University of North Florida in 2008 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science became a certified Health and fitness specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine and then went on to get her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2013. She has certifications in Dry Needling and is the only Board-Certified Clinical Sports Specialist in Clay County.
